Worked as senior dealer at Syndicate Bank before moving to RIL for heading their FX treasury where he served with distinction for over nearly two decades before superannuating recently.

Had the privilege of being selected as a research fellow on Behavioral Finance in a global selection process. Deeply committed to the cause of treasury education and has been an exceptional trainer having done programmes all over the world.

Mr. Thiagarajan is Post graduate in Economics and continues to be associated with leading global institutions on academic research on Behavioral finance.
