White Label E-Systems Private Limited welcomes Mr. P. Ganesh Rao as its Managing Director.

P. Ganesh Rao is a B.Com. and CAIIB graduate with an extensive career in banking, specializing in Forex trading. His professional journey began in 1974 at Vijaya Bank, Bangalore.

In 1977, he joined the State Bank of Hyderabad, where he rose to the position of Senior-Trader in their FX trading room, one of the most active in the Indian markets at the time. He was instrumental in conducting a Forex Bourse program for interbank FX traders and co-authored a book on Forex Trading.

In 1987, Rao moved to Bank of America's Treasury department. By the time he left in 1999, he was the VP/Chief Trader - Forex, leading a large team of inter-bank traders and actively participating in technical and sub-committees of FEDAI.

From 2001 to 2015, Rao served as the CEO & Director of IBS Forex Ltd., a FEDAI accredited Electronic Order Matching System (EOMS) for interbank Trading in US$-₹ pair. He played a key role in conceptualizing, developing, launching, and managing the business.

Rao was also involved in policy-making, having been invited by RBI to its working committee on INR Currency Futures in 2008 and contributing significantly to the Tarapore Committee on Full Convertibility. Between 2008 and 2012, he was a member of the Advisory Board of MCX-SX (now Metropolitan Stock Exchange).

Known for his total commitment, integrity, focus, and passion, Rao has contributed significantly to the field of Forex trading and financial markets in India.
